KO's Head was chosen because of his thoughtful, powerful impact on local communities, according to event organizers.
The students scored in the top 5% of 1.5 million juniors nationwide who took the PSATs in October 2013.
The year began with exactly 500 Middle and Upper School students from 55 towns, as well as 12 new faculty and staff members. Head of School Dennis Bisgaard begins his ninth year at the helm.
The outstanding debater, lacrosse player, and a cappella singer from Simsbury was among the top 1% of students who took the PSAT/NMSQT exam in October 2013.
