Camp KO Spring Culinary Classes with Lindsay Perkins

Join Camp KO’s Chef Instructor and healthy food’s Chef, Lindsay Perkins, for a 6-week Spring Culinary class after school in the KO cafeteria! Each week, Chef Lindsay will teach knife skills and kitchen fundamentals as students prepare new recipes that span a wide variety of flavors and cooking techniques. The final session will end with a “Chopped”-style cookoff where students will put the culinary skills they have learned to the test.

Class is limited to 12 students. Fee: $150
