This session is for developing players who are looking to improve their skills and technique. Players will spend mornings working on fundamental skills -- ground balls, stick work, shooting, dodging, and footwork-- and will be given the opportunity to experience individual instruction by position throughout the week. Afternoons will be spent learning team aspects of the game, such as transition, 6v6 situations, and man up/man down basics. All players are required to bring proper lacrosse equipment.
