  • Registration & Payment

    There is no administration fee to enroll in Camp KO Summer programs. All deposits, however, are non-refundable. A $100 deposit per week of camp is all that is required to secure your child’s spot in camp. If a family has a change of plans, they may use the deposit on a different week of camp, according to program availability, without incurring any processing fees. Payment online with a credit card automatically secures the spot.

    If you prefer to mail in a check, the spot will be secured once we have received the check. Please indicate your child's name and the camp week in the memo section of the check.

    Camp programs beginning June 17 require payment in full by May 15th. Credit card on file will be automatically charged on May 15th.

    Camp programs beginning July 8 or later require payment in full by June 1. Credit card on file will be automatically charged by June 1.

    If enrolling in a program after May 15, full payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Early Bird Discount

    The Early Bird Discount is in effect until 11:59 pm on Feb. 15. Depending on the program, this discount ranges from a $25-$50/per week.
  • Sibling Discount

    $25 off 2nd and subsequent children registering under the same account. The discount can be combined with the Early Bird discount. Discount is removed if only one child eventually attends camp. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • Multi-Session Discount

    Register for a second or more program and receive an additional $10 off each of those programs. This discount can be combined with the Early Bird discount. Check the box at the bottom of the week’s listed programs and $10 will be subtracted from the price.
  • KO Family Discount

    $25-50 off per week per child depending on the program. This discount is available from Feb. 16 - June 1 and applies to current KO students and their siblings. Use code: KOFAM
  • Refund Policy

    Families may cancel prior to May 15th (for June 17th programs) or June 1 (for July 8-Aug. 2 programs) and receive all but their non-refundable deposit. They may also apply their deposit and/or full registration fee to a different program, according to program availability, in the current 2019 summer season without incurring any additional fees.
    Families will forfeit their full registration fee if they cancel after May 15 (for June 17-21) or June 1 (for programs after July 8th).

    Families are not entitled to a refund if their child withdraws or is asked to leave when in the judgment of the director, his/her behavior interferes with the rights of others or with the smooth functioning of a group or activity or violates the camp’s principles of conduct.
  • Snow Day Extension of School Calendar
    (applies only to June 17-21)

    If the number of snow days adds extra days to the school year and this interferes with the camp week of June 17-21, families must reach out to the camp director via email by April 15. We will offer a prorated camp if it involves 1-2 days missed. If your child’s school is still in session on June 19th we will refund in full or put the registration fee and/or full camp fee towards another camp week in 2019.
