The KO Wyverns finished the first round of the Coppola Cup in 3rd place, 17 strokes adrift of frontrunning host Avon Old Farms and three shots behind Loomis .

Suffiled sits in fourth, eight behind KO.  Henry Krieble’21 led the way with a solid 41 on the challenging back nine of Farmington Woods layouts (condos everywhere!), followed by Will Layden’21 (42), James Aments’19 (43),) Jacob Balogh’21 (44) and Niko Rodriguez’21 (45).  The second round is next Tuesday, the 8th, and the squad hopes to overcome the deficit with the Pelicans.
