Join chef Olivia Mele on a culinary world tour preparing and cooking dishes from six countries; Nicaragua, Poland, Israel, India, Vietnam and Japan. Students will learn new cooking techniques and fun facts about the various cultures.

Camp KO culinary classes are taught in the cafeteria/kitchen at Kingswood Oxford School.

After attending Le Cordon Bleu in London and graduating with the Grand Patisserie Diploma, Olivia worked for a catering company in NYC for 2 years before starting her own small company specializing in gluten-free /paleo cooking in Westchester NY. After moving to Hartford a little over a year ago she has worked at KO since April and helped teach our baking camp over the summer! In her spare time Olivia likes to read, hike, travel, and bake yummy desserts for friends and family.
