Program Descriptions:

Camp KO Flag Football offers a comprehensive introduction to America’s Game for young athletes entering grades 4-9. Whether participants are beginners seeking a solid foundation or experienced players honing their skills for league play, this program caters to all. The ‘skill of the day’ approach ensures campers learn both offensive and defensive aspects, covering passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning in an engaging and positive atmosphere.

In flag football, teams aim to score touchdowns by running or passing the ball downfield, with a key distinction being the “no contact” nature of the game. Defensive players focus on pulling flags off the ball carrier’s belt instead of tackling, reducing the risk of injury compared to tackle football. The program is crafted to help participants progressively enhance their performance and abilities throughout the week.

Emphasizing a love for the game and instilling sportsmanship values, Camp KO Flag Football provides an enriching experience that extends beyond the playing field. The week concludes with the highly anticipated Camp KO Sports Bowl, providing participants with the opportunity to showcase their newfound skills on the gridiron

Our soccer week is designed to meet every player where they are while helping them grow in skill, confidence, and character. In a positive and encouraging environment, campers are challenged to improve ball control, passing, shooting, and first touch while developing important traits such as teamwork, persistence, integrity, and kindness. Players receive ongoing instruction and feedback from experienced coaches who are actively involved in every session.

Campers spend much of each day with a ball at their feet, gaining hundreds of touches as they practice, play, and problem-solve in game-like situations. Regardless of experience level, each player is appropriately challenged to push their limits, build resilience, and gain confidence—while learning to support teammates and play with respect.

All of this takes place in a fun, high-energy setting where campers experience the joy of soccer, form friendships, and grow both on and off the field. Players should wear soccer gear each day (t-shirt, shorts, long socks, and shin guards) and bring a soccer ball. In the event of rain, sessions move indoors and introduce campers to futsal, the fast-paced indoor game that builds quick decision-making and technical skill.

Gaming Concepts. Throughout the week, campers will learn the basics of both games and how to compete in each as part of a team. These two games specifically place gamers in settings that require high levels of situational awareness, and communication. Players will also look at game recordings to learn the basics of VOD (video on demand) review as a part of the practice and goal-setting processes.

Competition. Campers will compete in both head-to-head matches with one another, as well as in small-format LAN tournaments within the camp session.

Program Description:

Join our summer lacrosse program for girls entering grades 4–9, where skill development, confidence, and character growth go hand in hand. Campers build a strong foundation in the game while progressing at an age-appropriate pace in a positive, supportive environment. Each day focuses on essential lacrosse fundamentals—including cradling, ground balls, throwing, catching, shooting, and defending—before moving into game-like situations, from one-on-one play to small-sided games and full-field action.

As players strengthen their skills, they also develop teamwork, resilience, and leadership. Coaches emphasize communication, collaboration, and perseverance, helping athletes learn how to work together, push through challenges, and take pride in their effort. Campers gain an understanding that integrity, sportsmanship, and determination are just as important as technical skill on the field.

Players should come prepared with a mouthguard, eye goggles, stick, pinnie, and water bottle, along with a positive, can-do attitude. For new players who do not yet have their own equipment, the camp can provide a stick if needed; however, for health and safety reasons, all players must bring their own eye goggles and mouthguard. Our experienced coaching staff is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every player feels supported, builds friendships, and leaves camp feeling more confident and excited about the game.
