Starting pitcher Rajan Patel started was excellent over 5 innings and Owen Bernier provided solid relief.

KO jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. First baseman Jaedan Curcio showcased his power with bases loaded by hitting a deep foul ball that nearly brought everyone home. He settled for a nice base hit later in the game. Backup first baseman Max Huang recorded his first basehit of the season with a hard shot down the middle. Backup second baseman William “Kerry” Duvall executed an exciting double-play. For the second game in a row, the starters were replaced after the fourth inning by the backups to even out the competiton.
