Varsity Baseball

The Wyvern varsity baseball team hosted Taft on Monday for another Founders League matchup.

Coming off of a thrilling extra inning inning victory over Choate on Friday, the Wyverns were back at it on Monday with another big win against a strong Taft team. Adam Merrit ‘24 started for Kingswood Oxford and ended up earning the win. Merritt pitched into the sixth inning before being relieved by freshman Dom Trolio. Brady Nichols ‘23 lead the offense for the Wyverns, going 3-4 with 3 RBI. Mac Louis ‘23 drove in two runs, and Bodie Swanson added two hits. With the 7-6 win, the Wyverns move to 3-1 in league play.
