Boys MS B Basketball

The MS Boys B Basketball team played host to Solomon Schechter on January 24 and despite playing hard, came away with a tough loss of 19-51

A fast and skilled Solomon Schechter team made it hard for the Wyverns to drive to the rim and get open shots. Despite having a slow first half, the Wyverns scored 14 points in the second half and had more success moving the ball and knocking down jump shots. Some of the Wyvern’s that played especially well included Jacob Joseph ’24 who scored seven points and Aidan Coleman Eckstrom ’24 (6 points). Brady Nichols ’23 scored four of the fourteen second half points and led our defensive unit. The Wyverns will look to bounce back against the Rectory this Saturday.
