During a slow start, KO kept itself in this game with tough half court defense that limited the Hornets chances to score.

Eventually the Wyverns got untracked and outscored Hamden Hall 19-2 in the first half.  Solid team  defense throughout the game led to turnovers which led to many transition baskets for the Wyverns.  Catherine Daniels, ’21 was top scorer again with 12 points followed by Jamie Scarpantonio, ’20 with 10 and LIan Wolman, ’19 with 6.  Leading rebounders for the Wyverns were Emma Henry, ’21 and Juanita Asapokhai, ’20. often limiting the Hornets to one shot at the basket at most.
