Girls JV Basketball

In a game that could have gone either way, the Wyverns were victorious because of a solid team effort at both ends of the court throughout the game.

Nine different players scored for KO with Alessia Caruso, ’19 and Amiya Young, ’18 leading the way scroing 10 and 8 points each respectively. Amanda Bucknam, ’19, Molly Jones, ’20, and Juanita Asapokhai, ’20 all contributed defensively gathering rebounds and redirecting shots made.  In the waning seconds of the game, Jamie Scarpantonio, ’20 sank three crucial free throws to give the Wyverns the ultimate scoring edge.
