The JV girl’s basketball team fell short of a win on Saturday despite an incredible effort. A strong start had them leading by four at half time, but due to foul trouble early in the second half the team found themselves in a deficit a few minutes into the third quarter. The team’s grit was evident in their defense, but unfortunately the scoring couldn’t keep up with their steals. Missing 80% of their shot opportunities in the second half, KO was unable to regain the lead and lost by 10.
