V Boys Cross Country

On Sunday, September 10, 2023 the girls and boys varsity cross country teams traveled to Needham, MA to participate in the “Jog Your Memory 5k.” 

It was a wonderful day in which Kingswood Oxford athletes were present to represent our school in honor of the Carol and Dick Caley Caregiver Fund. The mission of the day was to have fun, compete and raise awareness and money to help support families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease. Over 1,000 racers competing throughout the weekend either virually or in-person last Sunday. Nineteen KO student-athletes participated and two awards were earned. Claire Palmer (Class of 2025) earned 1st place Female Finisher with a time of 19:04 and Oskar Ruser (Class of 2024) earned top Male Finisher in the 15-19 years old age group with a time of 18:58.
