Football – Boys MS vs Hopkins School – Away

MS Football

The KO Middle School Football team topped Hopkins 35-8 on Wednesday led by a potent, aggressive offensive line.

Their preparation and hard work shone through allowing Form 2 Adam Merritt to run for 3 long touchdowns as Form I Sandy Cloud added another. Form 2’s Carter Dyerson connected with Jack Decker on a well-executed long pass.
On the defensive side of the ball, Form 2 Joe Sabia led the team with two interceptions as the line consistently put pressure on the opposing team’s quarterback. Some big hits were laid out by Upper Prepper Sawyer Burtman, Form I Boden Swanson and Form I Michael Santamaria.
The entire team contributed as each player made their way into the action. They will continue to support each other and become an even tighter unit as they head to Hamden Hall on October 16th. Go MS Football!
