JV Football

The JV Wyverns for the first time this year played host to an old rival, the Hopkins School, on a muggy fall afternoon. 

It was all Wyverns start to finish with fantastic plays on offense and excellent defense. Sanford Cloud ’25 had two massive plays breaking the game wide open: a 105 yard TD run from the Wyverns own endzone and a spectacular catch and run for 80 yards off the left side of the defense. The offensive line of Max Huang ’25, Sinani Sebadduka ’24, Jackson Poulin ’26, Deacon Prince ’25, Aryan Dange ’25, Will Bent ’25 and Will Keegan ’25, were awesome all day helping the wyverns amass over 550 yards of offense on the day. Defensively Sebadduka ’24 led the way with 4 tackles and 1 tackle for a loss. He was tremendous on the interior defensive line all game. Christian Gordon also was excellent on defense: helping keep the secondary in check, and he had a key interception to help prevent a driving Hopkins offense from scoring. The JV Wyverns now finish the season 2-2, ending on a high note! We look forward to helping the varsity program finish the year strong and look forward to next year!!
