The varsity girls basketball team took on the Hyde school from Maine in the first round of the KIT’s. Our wyverns were excited and ready to play as we jumped out quickly to an 11-0 lead due to great defensive pressure forcing Hyde into multiple turnovers. We didn’t look back from there as our defense and impressive shooting enabled us to hold a comfortable lead throughout the game. Every player saw minutes on the court and 9 of our 12 players scored at least one basket. The energy on the court and on our bench was unmatched as our girls enjoyed every minute of this game. It was a great team win!
