In a hard-fought battle from start to finish, Kingswood emerged with a thrilling 10–9 victory over Rectory in one of the most competitive games of the season. The game saw constant momentum shifts, physical play, and strong performances across the board.
Matty Towne led the offense with two timely goals, while Xander Gingeleskie delivered a clutch hat trick to help keep Kingswood in control. Paxton Tarantino not only added a key goal but was also dominant at the faceoff, consistently gaining possession and giving Kingswood critical offensive opportunities throughout the game.
Defensively, Jack Ryan, Will Doering, and Will Koster played with toughness and discipline, making big plays to stifle Rectory’s attack and preserve the narrow lead late in the game.
In a game that tested their resilience, Kingswood rose to the occasion and closed it out with poise and class. It was a statement win that highlighted the team’s competitive spirit and unity.
