Kingswood faced a tough challenge on the field against a dominant Greens Farms squad, ultimately falling 3–17 in a physical, fast-paced matchup. Despite the scoreline, the team showed grit and heart from start to finish.
Ernesto Ballesteros put Kingswood on the board in the second quarter with a powerful shot that gave the home crowd something to cheer about. Michael DeNardo followed up in the third quarter, cutting through the defense for a well-earned goal that sparked a brief surge in momentum. Nico Seymour capped things off with a determined goal late in the fourth, refusing to let the clock run out without a final push.
On the defensive end, Jason Mathews and Mason Cerkanwicz stood out with multiple stops and strong positioning, battling tirelessly to slow down Greens Farms’ relentless offense. Their efforts were a bright spot throughout the game.
Credit goes to Greens Farms Academy for a polished and explosive performance, with sharp ball movement and clinical finishing that set the tone early and maintained it throughout.
While the result didn’t go Kingswood’s way, the team continues to build chemistry and resilience as the season progresses.
