Senior Day/Hewett Day vs Pomfret School, – Home

Varsity Boys Cross Country

The KO boys’ cross country team competed against Pomfret at the West Hartford reservoir and lost 36 to 21.

Top scorer for KO was 3rd former Kevin Graziosi, who broke into the teens for the first time this season, 4th pace overall, with a time of 19:27. He was followed by fifth former Ethan Pinkes, who finished in 5th, with a time of 20:02. Senior captain Thomas Betts was 7th overall with a season’s best time of 20:31. Fifth former Will Burstein had a strong performance in 8th place with a time of 20:51. Another senior has a very successful senior day. Sam Mazo ran a career best time of 21:46 for the 5th and final scoring place in the meet.Our third senior, Harris Jacobson was 23rd overall with a time of 24:32. Elan Stadelman and Eli Johansen also had strong races today.
