Soccer – Boys JV vs Kent School – Home
JV Boys Soccer
KO’s Boys JV soccer team hosted Kent School on Wednesday.
Despite dominating the ball possession for most of the game, the game ended in a disappointing 2:2 tie. The boys took the lead about half way through the first half with an accurate shot from the right by Alex Levin. Kent scored an equalizer early in the second half, but with about seven minutes left, KO’s Leo Sussaman found himself alone in front of the opponent’s goal and netted a rebound. With only a few seconds left in the game, Kent was awarded a penalty shot and even though Mac Louis made a great save on the initial kick, Kent was able to score on a rebound. The team travels to Pomfret School on Saturday for their next game at 2 pm.
