MS Girls Soccer

The KO Middle School Girls’ Soccer team lost to Har-Bur Middle School at KO. They put forth a spirited effort, showing grit on defense by CC Conrad ’32, Clara Ahlstrand ’32 and Ruby Ginsburg ’32. Emma Hoffman ’30 fought through an injury to help support her team as the sole Form 2 student. Katie Schwartz ’32 and Matilda Garza ’31 scored a goal each to keep it close in the first half. Schwartz added another goal and when she was fouled, Garza scored on a penalty kick. Despite this being their first loss of the season, the girls never gave up.
