V Girls Soccer

The KO women’s soccer team earned a hard fought win at the Kent School.

After going down by a goal in the early minutes of the game, the team responded with efficient speed of play and capitalized on scoring opportunities.  Olivia Schaller equalized the game in the first half off of a cross from Kaiya Deurloo.  Late in the second half, Gianna Christiana scored with a beautifully bend corner kick.  Ava Leshem sealed the game with a late goal with the assist from Sophia Radmanovich.  Solid play all around and kudos to the defense who only allowed 3 shots.  The team looks to take this momentum into the Saturday’s game at Pomfret.
