Soccer – Girls Varsity vs Miss Porter’s School – Away

The varsity girls soccer team traveled to MPS and though our Wyverns battled hard we lost 3-0. The score was 1-0 at the half as the teams played evenly through the first 40 minutes. We had our opportunities to score we just couldn’t get the ball passed their goalie. With every game we look to improve on our play. Today our players had some nice passing sequences in all areas on the field and improved on pressuring the ball and covering for each other on the defensive end. Both of which were focal points in practice the past few days.
