Win 4-0

The varsity girls soccer team traveled to Wilbraham & Monson Academy and came home with a 4-0 win.

Of the 4 goals scored 3 were off assists. For our first official game of the season the coaches were pleased with the level of play in all areas of the field at various times throughout the contest. We had multiple shots on goal and limited the opportunities for WMA to get shots off. Key saves in the first half kept WMA off the board as KO took a 3-0 lead into halftime. The girls kept up their level of play in the second half adding another goal to seal the win while shutting out WMA. Every player had the opportunity to play in the game and made an impact in their time on the field. We still have work to do and will look for the players to continue to work hard in practice and push each other to get better every day individually and as a team. We look forward to our first home game coming up on Monday, 9/18.
