Squash – Girls Varsity vs Taft School – Away

Varsity Girls Squash

We went into this match knowing that it would be a tough opponent, but the Wyverns played hard and found success in their improvement.

Sloan Duvall ’21 adapted to her opponent’s playing style to improve her game score and set up strategic points. Ely Alleyne ’23 used quick serving and effectively placed forehand cross courts to take the second game in a close 1-3 contest. Mackenzie Caruso ’22 managed carefully chosen shots to the front and back corners to take her first game in extra points and maintain a contentious 1-3 match.
