This was arguably our best performance of the season, as the team was focused and ready to play from the first point to the last. After losing close, hard fought matches to Loomis and Westy, we knew that the AOF match would be yet another very close contest between two evenly matched teams. We secured the doubles point with 8-3 wins at both #1 (Pratt Blair and Ciaran Concepcion) and #3 (Saahit Gaddipati and Jacob Barash). We carried the momentum into singles as Ciaran played his best match of the year en route to a 6-0, 6-2 victory. At #2 , Pratt Blair came back from an early first set deficit to earn a 7-6(5), 6-1 victory. AOF earned a straight sets win at #6 singles over Logan Barash, but KO’s Will Maclean and Saahit Gaddipati earned convincing wins at #3 and #5 respectively. The last match to finish was #4, as Neil Reddy played an impressive supertiebreaker to earn a 6-2, 3-6, 10-7 win. Next up is our final home match vs. league rival Hotchkiss.
