Varsity Girls Track & Field

It was a gorgeous sunny day at Taft with temperatures in the 70’s. The team was energized and focused, and looked sharp representing KO in our new uniforms. Personal bests were achieved and a renewed sense of competitiveness was present.

Sprinting Events Results:
4 x 100 meter relay (A): Amiya Young, Ainsley Vaughn, Cici Chagnon, and Sydni Jett earned 1st place in the meet with a time of 52.8

4 x 100 meter relay (B): Esha Shrivastav, Christina Lu, Taline Norsigian, and Rinese Sterling earned a time of 62.1

100 meters: Sprinters were warmed up and ready for this event. They were fast out of the blocks and worked on finishing strong.
