JV Volleyball

KO JVVB had their first home game on Saturday against Suffield and won 3-0 (25-23, 25-18, 25-18). While each game was close, KO was able to pull ahead with strong serving (and numerous aces) from Tara Mahoney ’27 and Aniajah Sanchez ’28. Mahoney was also an offensive force, with over 10 kills in the match. Co-captain Layla Hall ’27 also added to the strong offense with a few kills on the outside and LIdia Martinez-Castro ‘ 27 was effective in the middle. Strong setting from Rachael Segal ‘ 28 led the offense.
