Mackenzie Caruso - Kingswood Oxford

Mackenzie Caruso

Mackenzie is a player who works tirelessly in and out of practice, studies the game and is not afraid to step in and take charge on the floor.

Coach Scott McDonald said, “Being a libero in volleyball is all about guts and not at all about glory. Mackenzie is a first-year varsity volleyball player who stepped into this role at the beginning of the season and has gotten better and better each day. People celebrate the big hits, the kills, in volleyball, but without a solid pass to start, these amazing offensive plays would never happen!”

Timeout with Mackenzie:

The thing loved most about this season: I loved being part of a team with such great leadership and overall team chemistry. Making it to the championship game was pretty awesome, too.
