Neil Reddy Awarded Scholarship to Music Camp

This spring, violinist extraordinaire visited KO and workshopped with many of our musicians. He was so impressed that his foundation, the Mark Wood Music Foundation, identified KO as one of its “EYS Top Programs” due to the school’s exemplary leadership skills, preparation of its students, and overall experience.

In recognition of that excellence, The Mark Wood Music Foundation awarded one full tuition scholarship (valued at $1,650) to the Mark Wood Rock Orchestra Camp (MWROC) to Neil Reddy ’28, a KO bass player. The camp dates are July 13-19 and the foundation promises the camp “will grow the muisicians skill set and benefit greatly from being part of this in-depth music education experience; they will connect with musicians of all ages from all over the world.”
