Try Everything. Do Anything. - Kingswood Oxford

Try Everything. Do Anything.

The KO experience shaped by you

KO students are fearless “tryers” of new things. Thanks to a culture that values effort and initiative as much as achievement and experience, KO students are willing to do things they’ve never tried. Every day they are presented with new opportunities and encouraged to take advantage of them. Teachers, who know their students well, recognize potential at every turn and can gently nudge a budding thespian onto the stage or encourage a vocal advocate to try debating. Kids know immediately that KO is a safe, no-judgment zone, and trying something new is just a part of every day. In the process, they figure out what they like and discover new talents.

“Why not?!” is part of the KO lexicon. Many Wyverns have expressed the thrill of giving something new a shot, only to learn that it becomes a lifelong passion. Pick up a racquet. Dab a paintbrush on a palette. We will help you unlock your potential in a community full of learners, doers, and “tryers.”

Discover an Entirely New Interest.

Program Highlights

  • Students are not one thing here; they can be on the football team, on the stage, and a ‘mathlete’—and that’s just on Monday.

  • Students participate in a vibrant club program with activities to support any interest. And if they want a club that doesn’t exist, they can start one!

  • An inclusive community means everyone belongs. No single activity has more social equity than any other. It takes all of us to be KO.

“My arts department teachers inspired me to think differently. They’ve helped me realize what my passion is. It’s nice to be at this age and know what I love and know what I want to do. There’s something about KO which allows you to figure out what you want to do. Your teachers really help you hone in on that.”
