    Susan started her career as a teacher of English as a foreign language at a private school in Taiwan. She went on to start an independent educational consulting business, where she guided students from China and Taiwan through the application process for boarding schools, undergraduate colleges and graduate programs in the United States. After obtaining her doctorate in education, she helped establish a new boarding school in downtown Los Angeles where she was responsible for recruiting students from around the world.

    Rebecca joined the Kingswood Oxford Admissions team in July 2007. She developed a love for the world of Admissions back as a college student volunteering in the Office of Admission at her alma mater, The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio where she earned a B.A. in Sociology and was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse team. Rebecca works closely with KO's Middle School and heads up Shield & Dragon, KO's student ambassador program. Other interests of hers include skiing, tennis, cooking, and traveling. Rebecca grew up living in eight towns among four states and some of her fondest memories were from their days raising llamas. She lives with her husband and their two children in West Hartford.

    Meredith joined the KO community as the KO Varsity Field Hockey coach in 2011. She was a four-year starter and two-year captain at Division 1 College of the Holy Cross. Prior to KO, Meredith spent the early part of her career in the recruiting and human resources field, focusing on establishing and cultivating strategic business partnership roles within communities. This experience transitioned well as she worked in KO's Alumni office for a few years connecting with alumni near and far. In 2018, she before to moving over to our admissions team and continues to coach teams in our middle school. In working in KO’s Admissions and now coaching at KO, she said, “I enjoy building relationships with our community of parents: prospective, current and past, our alumni, and our students." She lives here in West Hartford with her husband, three children, and two Goldendoodles. In her time off-campus she enjoys playing tennis and paddle, spending time on the CT shoreline, and playing uber driver for many of her children's activities.

    Michelle has over 15 years of experience at the collegiate level, working both in the field of admissions of international students as well as with domestic college students wishing to study abroad, with tenures at varied institutions throughout the U.S., such as St. Joseph’s University, (PA), Indiana University, Trinity College (CT) and Goodwin College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a master’s degree in college personnel and higher education administration from Indiana University. Learning a foreign language to fluency as an adult and living internationally for nine years has fostered an understanding for Michelle of the international students and families she strives to support. Michelle enjoys skiing, hiking and reading when not in the office. She lives with her husband and three boys in West Hartford for almost ten years now – the longest place she has ever resided!

    Holly has been in education for over 20 years, 16 of which were in admissions. She graduated from UConn's College of Agriculture & Natural Resources, where she majored in Agricultural Economics with a specialty in Agricultural Business. She worked in the animal healthcare industry for several years before joining Trinity College. She joined the KO admissions team in October of 2016. In her spare time, she enjoying hiking and antiquing with her husband, hanging out at the barn and horse showing with my daughter, kayaking with her son, and playing with the family's German Shepherd.
