Kingswood Oxford competes in both the NEPSAC and Founders League, where the swimming and diving program has built a tradition of success. The girls’ team has consistently finished in the top ten since 2012, while the boys’ team has placed in the top five over the same span, capturing league championships in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Each December, the Wyverns proudly host the annual KIT Swim Invitational, a highlight of the season.
The program emphasizes individualized training and technical instruction, helping each athlete pursue steady improvement while contributing to team success. Known for their dedication, KO swimmers and divers balance rigorous academics with focused training, healthy habits, and strong team unity. Guided by an experienced coaching staff, they receive personalized attention in all aspects of their development—building confidence, resilience, and lasting bonds with their teammates.
