Kait comes to us from The Hotchkiss School, where she was the senior associate director of admissions. In her admissions role, she led the admissions athletic liaison committee. With over a decade of experience, she is skilled in athletic recruitment strategy, enrollment management, and student retention initiatives. While at Hotchkiss, she coached the varsity field hockey team and led it to Founders League Championships in 2018, 2024, and 2025. The team also earned the title of Western New England Champions in 2024. 

Nicole Green establishes a deep rapport with her students and is personally committed to helping them succeed. She builds students’ confidence so they can meet the high expectations Nicole sets for them. Her small-group settings allow for a more individualized approach. With an energetic and outgoing nature, her class is a place of vibrant learning.
