The JV baseball team tied Avon Old Farms 8-8. It was a back-and-forth game for the Wyverns that saw Dom Brunalli ’26, Sawyer Burtman ’26, Ashton Binalla ’27, and Evan Goldfarb ’26 all pitch for the first time this season. Xavier Hernandez-Newton ’27, Goldfarb, and Binalla combined to go 6-10 with 2 doubles, 4 RBI, and 4 stolen bases at the top of the Wyvern lineup. Daksh Suryadevara ’27, Shane Smith ’26, and Joe Small ’27 each tallied a hit apiece, and Ronan Culligan ’26 made a game-saving throw from centerfield to nab the potential walk-off runner at the plate.
