Baseball – Boys JV vs Pomfret School – Away

JV Baseball

The KO JV baseball team defeated Pomfret 9-2 to move to 2-0.

KO had a big offensive inning in the 4th, bringing 10 batters to the plate and scoring 6 runs. The offensive attack was led by Brandon Stake and Kyle Frankel, who also had a good day defensively at catcher.  Jack Kinney started the game pitching and did an excellent job for four innings. Kinney was relieved by Christian Pedro, who threw the final 3 innings, striking out 7 batters. The Wyverns take on Suffield next on Wednesday, 4/18.
