Baseball – Boys MS A vs Renbrook School – Away

MS Baseball

KO MS Baseball took on Renbrook for the second time this season and won in a commanding fashion, 9-1. Rafi Rubai ’30 again started for the Wyverns pitching 4+ scoreless innings and striking out 8. Nathan Sankar ’30 came in with a strong relief appearance, including striking out the side to close out the game. A couple of our players had some great days at the plate: Oliver Nicholson ’30 who went 3-4 with 2 stolen bases and 2 rbis, Jacob Palmer ’31 who went 3-4 with a stolen base and 2 rbis and Jack Griffin ’30 who went 3-4 with 2 stolen bases and 3 rbis. In addition, a large contingent of Upper Prep and Form 1 boys were able to get into their first KO baseball game later in the 5th and the 6th. Overall, it was a great day for baseball and we are looking forward to our final game on Wednesday against Rumsey Hall.
