JV Girls win game in final seconds.

Every basket made by both teams in this game was hotly contested.  With a 17-14 lead at halftime, KO hit a scoring drought midway through the second half and Hopkins took the lead.  With Catherine Daniels, ’21 making a couple of key free throws to end the drought (and go on to score a team high 10 points) KO was back in the game.  Key rebounds down the stretch from Emma Henry, ’21 and Keegan McMahon, ’21 kept the score close.  With just under 30 seconds to go in the game, Caroline Dawson, ’22 made her only basket of the game, a 3 pointer that put KO back up by two for the win.
