KO girls were down by three going into the second quarter, but they got a spark when they hit four threes’ and a couple layups to take the lead going into halftime by one point. The Wyverns knew that it wasn’t going to be easy coming out to the second half. It was back and forth for the last 16 minutes of the game but with a couple of missed shots, Millbrook took the lead and KO fought hard but were never able to trim the lead. Kameryn Perry ’23 lead the Wyverns with 14 points and eight rebounds and Angelina Maselli ’20 contributed nine points for KO. Others who scored were Emily Knowles ’25 seven points, Natalia Correa ‘22 five points and Jordan Dimauro ‘23 who had three points and three steals. Molly Jones ‘20 was also a key player in the game scoring four points and grabbing 11 rebounds for the Wyverns. The next game will be Saturday, February 8, 2020 away at Greens Farms Academy at 3:00pm.
