In a thrilling battle of determination and grit KOFH earned a hard fought victory against Hopkins. After two early goals in the first quarter KO, led by Stella Zimmer in goal held Hopkins scoreless. KOFH fought back with a phenomenal breakaway goal by Addie Lang, earning her first career goal and our first of the season. Kate Dempsey-Weiner then stepped up with a beautiful unassisted goal off a corner. Now with the score tied Captain Emma Barringer had our 3rd goal and gave KOFH the lead. This game was won with heart, determination and by a team that never gives up. Let’s go Wyverns! We will take this momentum with us onto the next game Saturday!
