Form 2 Day vs Hamden Hall Country Day School – Home
MS A Girls Basketball
The KO MS A girls basketball team lost to Hamden Hall 40-24.
Despite the loss, KO earned every point that it scored. Playing against a tough, physical opponent, it was difficult for the Wyverns to go on a scoring run from the get-go. However, they also made sure that Hamden Hall could not win easily, and they should be proud of this. Georgia Louis ’24 fought hard to score 10 points, and she grabbed some really big rebounds among taller players. Ashley Buckingham ’24 and Jillian Alexander ’24 each scored 6 points, and Madison Bromberg ’24 also scored her first points of the season, ending with 2. On this Form 2 day, KO showed that it would not back down, and the Form 2 players were a great example for the team. This is one major positive takeaway, along with playing good team defense and moving the ball well on offense. All in all, KO has a lot to be proud of. The team looks to learn from this game and come back strong against Wilbraham & Monson next Saturday.
