Ko entered the final round of the Coppola Cup with hopes of passing Loomis for second place but instead suffered a tough day on the tricky Farmington Woods layout, falling to fourth place behind hosts and champions AOF.
A resurgent Suffield eased by the Wyverns despite a co-medalist performance by Henry Krieble’21 (78). Only Garth Swanson’19 (41 on the day) was also able to better his score from the first round, as the doglegs and slower than normal greens confounded the rest.
