KO opened the scoring in the first period when captain Garth Swanson ‘19 found Karstian Lang ‘20 down low on the corner of the crease for the tap in. KO would later fall behind in the period trailing 3-1 at the break. KO would go on to score the only goal in the 2nd period when Shane Dawson ‘20 and Karstian Lang ‘20 would connect and feed Garth Swanson ‘19 for the Wyvern goal. It would bring KO within one goal at the 2nd break, down 3-2. Down 5 players in this game, fatigue began to set in in the 3rd period and Harvey would go on to score 3 goals in the 3rd period to win the game 6-2. Teddy Crowther ‘22 and Aiden Barusso ‘19 both played considerably time on defense and performed well for injured teammates.
