Kingswood Oxford battled through a tough matchup against Greens Farms Academy, ultimately falling 20–3. While the scoreline doesn’t reflect the effort on the field, there were clear signs of resilience and leadership that continue to define this group.
Our senior leaders—Dalton Smith, Michael DeNardo, and Ryan Munz—set the tone from start to finish. Whether it was communicating on the field, pushing the pace, or encouraging teammates during difficult stretches, they never let the energy drop. Junior Nico Seymour also played a key role, bringing intensity and a competitive edge that helped keep the team focused and fighting throughout all four quarters.
Despite facing a strong opponent, Kingswood Oxford showed moments of solid execution and determination. The group continued to compete for ground balls, battle defensively, and look for opportunities on offense, even as the game became challenging. That willingness to keep working, regardless of the scoreboard, is a reflection of the team’s character.
Losses like this are never easy, but they can be valuable. This game highlighted areas for growth while reinforcing the importance of effort, attitude, and accountability. The team remains committed to improving each day, learning from setbacks, and building toward stronger performances ahead.
