In a windy, rainy battle KO boys lax fought hard against a formidable GFA team. Goalie Alex Levin stood on his head for the Wyverns with 8 saves on the day, while the defense as a whole put in a stout effort, holding GFA to single digits. But it wasn’t enough, as the Wyvern offense struggled to find a rhythm, netting only one score out of 10 shots on goal. Steve Bailey pegged a 10yd shot to the top corner for KO’s lone tally, assisted by Jack Neikrie emerging from a full-field gauntlet of GFA defenders. The Wyverns look to regroup against St. Luke’s next, here we go Wyverns!!
