On Saturday, the KO Boys Soccer team played host the Storm of St
Luke’s School.
Fighting off injury and a shared cold amongst the team,
KO Boys Varsity Soccer came ready to play. After falling behind early on
a KO miscommunication leading to a Storm goal, KO would go on to
dominate play on their way to a 4-1 victory. Sam Cote’24 would start
the scoring for KO off a direct Kick from Aaron Rotter ’22 and
deflection to Cote by Max-William Kanz ’22. KO Would strike again
early on in the 2nd half when Rotter’22 would allude 3 storm defenders
in the left corner and find Kanz ’22 for the Goal. Later in the half,
Shrinaath Narasimhan ’22 would send a leading pass up the left
sideline to Brio Aslan ’22, who would make his way to the center of the
field and would score on a laser shot from outside the 18 yard box to
put KO up 3-1. ‘Aslan ’22 would score later in the 2nd half off a tip from
