The Wyverns controlled the first half with 9 shots on goal compared to Ethel Walkers two. The second half was closely contested and a cross that deflected off a KO defender ended up being the only goal of the game. The Wyverns kept fighting and kept the pressure on in the offensive end, but just couldn’t get the ball in the net. KO had solid performances from Emma St. Clair ‘25, Tess Chapman ‘23 and Yzzy Albert ‘25 in the midfield along with Liv Gallup ‘25 and Pauline Golder ‘24 on defense.
