The KO girls soccer team honored their seniors, Loren Roca and Taylor Caldwell, today in the final game of the season against Ethel Walker. KO fought hard during the first half but fell behind 3-0 by halftime as Walker was able to take advantage of some mistakes. Once the second half began, KO was able to maintain possession, win 50-50 balls, and create dangerous chances. Naomi Diffenderfer hit the crossbar and Serena Zhou was just wide with one of her shots. Meanwhile Lizzie Raccio was sensational in goal making 14 saves, keeping KO in the game. In the end, KO could not solve the Walker defense and fell 3-0. KO finished the season with 6 wins, doubling the amount from the 2024 season.
