MS A Girls Basketball

Win 33-12
This was a hard-fought game, and the team found success through grit and a determination to win. It initially took some time for KO to find its groove, trading points with Rumsey in the first minutes of the game. Midway through the first half, though, KO’s offense and defense clicked, helping the team go on a prolonged scoring run, and finishing the half ahead 28-8. Jordan DiMauro ’23 led the team with 15 points, followed by Emily Knowles ’25 who finished with 10 points. Lia Arnold’25 was a force on the boards, grabbing multiple rebounds that often led to fast-break points for the Wyverns. Overall, this was a true team win, especially on the defensive end where every KO player recorded a steal. KO hopes to keep its winning streak going with a game against Wilbraham & Monson on Saturday.
